
DISASTER PREPAREDNESS / LIFE SAFETY
The Greater Los Angeles area is a "high-risk" location susceptible to many disasters/emergencies such as earthquakes and wildfires. Disasters/emergencies can strike quickly and without warning. While they may be unpredictable, important steps can be taken before a disaster/emergency occurs to prepare and to minimize injury or damage. Disaster preparedness is everyone's responsibility. We encourage families to collectively plan and prepare their individual family disaster response plan.
